Resolution No. 12: Give Yourself Good Feedback!

This article is part of a series called, “New Years Resolutions Worth Having.”

I want you to think of the things that you would like to have happen in your life. Now I want you to think of what actions you would have to take in order for those things to happen. Now I want you to think about what is stopping you from taking those actions. Those thoughts, right there, that you just had, are nothing but excuses.

An excuse is a reason or explanation put forward to defend or justify a fault or offense.

For as long as you keep making excuses for why your life is the way it is, you will not take the actions you need to take to make your dreams happen.

Excuses are easy to come by when your home is giving you bad feedback.

Do you dream of a thinner figure? Would you like to make more money? Would you like to be happier with your spouse? All these things are possible, all you have to do is take the right actions.

Granted, it isn’t always easy to know what are the right actions to take. I’ll give you that. However, God has given you an amazing tool to figure this out: it is your deeper mind (what many call the unconscious mind). Your deeper mind is programmable. You can plant targets, desires, goals, in the deeper mind, and the deeper mind will figure out how to take you there.

It’s true.

One of the easiest ways to plant good targets, desires and goals in your deeper mind, is to express those targets, desires and goals through your Feng Shui.

So, what are the objects in your home that can help you attain your dreams?

To get the right feedback, analyze the hidden messages that your artwork and the ornaments in your home are telling you, about you.

  • Are you keeping any artwork or ornaments that you don’t even like? These may be sending the message to the Universe and the human collective matrix, that you like things you do not actually like. Otherwise, why keep them in your home?
  • Are you keeping any artwork or ornaments that depict depressing scenes or disfigured images of people or animals? These may be great art, but they are bad Feng Shui for a home.
  • Are you keeping fragile ornaments in places where they could be easily knocked down, kicked on or broken? This may indicate you put yourself ni harm’s way unnecessarily.

Use only beautiful, uplifting images and ornaments in your home. Before buying artwork or decorations, ask yourself, “Will this object help me create the life I want to live?” Get it only if the answer is an astounding YES!

Start taking the steps towards a happier life. They don’t have to be huge steps, no one is asking to jump into the void. Just make sure that every day you take small actions towards improvement, and you will get there!

Anything you want to achieve – look at the people who have already done it. Their existence shows you that it is possible. How did they do it? What worked for them? Look at more than one person that successfully accomplished what you want to accomplish, so that you can see there is more than one way to get there. Then choose a way to try. Set goals, but make sure the goals you set are your own, and not somebody else’s.

Make each year, your best year yet!

You can use Feng Shui to motivate yourself to action.
