How to Find Your Authentic Self – The Feng Shui Focus – Episode 17

There is only one version of you. The combination of your spirit and the DNA of the body you inhabit is a one of a kind. It has never been in existence before, and it never will be repeated.

Your best chance of being happy and fulfilled is to accept and love yourself as your are. However, this is very difficult to do in a society where you are constantly being told that there’s something wrong with you and that you need to fix yourself.

The real work of self-discovery, self-fulfillment, and self-actualization is not in adding things to your personality, but, rather, in removing from your life things that are not you.

As a human being, you are a connector of Heaven and Earth. By being yourself, you have the potential to bring Heaven to Earth in a unique way.

Heaven to Earth

According to ancient East Asian philosophy, humans are the connectors of Heaven and Earth. More specifically, humans connect Heaven to Earth. We do this by getting inspired ideas from Heaven, and motivating ourselves through emotions to turn those ideas into actions.

Earth to Heaven

The home, on the other hand, helps you connect Earth to Heaven. The architecture in your home (how it was built) determines how likely you are to act or fail to act. The interior design influences how you feel – your emotions. The furniture choices and arrangement are huge factors in your thinking – how much mental clarity you have.

When you apply the Nine Steps to Feng Shui® to your home, you create a full energetic and spiritual circuit between Heaven and Earth. With the support of your home, you become unstoppable.

How to Find Your Authentic Self

You won’t be truly happy until you find your authentic self. Your authentic self is who you really are. When you were a child you were domesticated and civilized. It was necessary, but in the process part of your spirit was broken, suppressed.

As a consequence of that, sometimes it’s hard for you to have clear thoughts – to know what to do. Decisions are hard, action is even harder, because you’re afraid to make mistakes.

How would you like to always know what your next right step is? It is possible with the Nine Steps to Feng Shui®, a method designed to get you re-connected with Heaven, with who you are, and what you came to do.

The Purpose of Applying the Nine Steps to Feng Shui® System is Two-Fold.

On the one hand, we want to take your home through a journey of assessing the Architecture, the Interior Design, and the Furniture – so your home becomes your Dream Home.

And on the other hand, we want you to take physical Action to work with your Emotions and your Imagination as a consequence of working on your home.

And that is what is going to reveal the authentic you, which is the happy you.

According to ancient Chinese philosophy, your best chance of being happy is to fulfill what is called your Contract with Heaven.

This refers to your Life Missions, the things you came to do for yourself and the things that you have been asked to do for others.

You are authentically you when you’re on your right path. That is, fulfilling your Life Missions.

The Nine Steps is the only Feng Shui method that primes your home to connect Earth to Heaven because it follows the nine principles of natural law.

Connecting to Your Life Missions

The process of finding your authentic self is also a process of reconnecting to your life missions – the things you came to do.

Before you came to life, you made a contract or pact with Heaven. This contract is made of:

  • All the things you wanted to be, do, experience and learn for yourself, and
  • The things you have been asked to be and do for others.
