Step 1: Find a quiet space. Choose a spot near a bed or a sofa, where you can lean on in case you lose your balance.

Step 2: Stand with your feet at hip with apart and practice shifting the weight from left to right.

Step 3: Now stop shifting the weight until you find yourself completely centered from left to right.

Step 4: Now gently sway forward and gently sway back.

Step 5: Stop swaying and find the spot of perfect equilibrium between the front and back.

Step 6: You have found your center of balance in your body.

Enjoy this peace within yourself and remember how it feels to be centered.

How to ask yes/no questions and get answers from your heart

Ah, the power of your precious heart! If you’re tired of overthinking every decision, why not consult your heart for some swift “yes” or “no” answers? Here’s how:

Step 1: Center yourself completely inside your body, from left to right and from front to back.

Step 2: Say something that you know to be completely, 100% true, and let your body gently lean toward the front. This is your signal for “yes.”

Step 3: Say something you know to be completely untrue, and let your body gently lean toward the back. This is your signal for “no.”

Step 4: Now, think of your yes/no question. Maybe you’re pondering whether to start a collection of rubber ducks… or something more serious and significant. The heart is here to guide you, after all!

Step 5: Now put your right hand on your heart and ask the question. If your body leans forward, that means “yes.” If your body leans back, that means “no.”

Step 6: Trust the answer you receive, even if it feels a little unconventional. Life is an adventure, and hey, who knows, maybe a rubber duck collections wouldn’t be such a bad idea!
